How long until I get it / how do I listen?
Turnaround on recorded readings is 2–5 days. If the reading has significance for a specific event, please try to schedule accordingly. We email a link when it is ready so you can listen on your own time.
What info do you need (birth data, etc.)?
Your name and email. Some readings also ask for birth date, birth time and place, a second person’s details, or a US shipping address—only when that offering requires them (shown on the card).

Refunds / reschedules
All readings are reschedulable. As soon as you are scheduled, the preparation work begins for your reading. The nature of intuitive readings means that the outcome is unknowable in advance. There is no refund policy for delivered readings. Rescheduled readings will receive account credit and must be rescheduled within 365 days.
